Services
Any project undertaken (motion design, video editing, art direction) is subject to a separate written quote or agreement between Lolita Bert and the client, covering scope, timeline, pricing, revisions and delivery formats. These Terms of Service do not replace that agreement.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client upon full payment. Lolita Bert retains the right to display completed projects in her portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
Liability
Lolita Bert cannot be held liable for indirect damages arising from the use of this website or of delivered work, nor for delays caused by circumstances beyond her control.

When you contact me by email or on WhatsApp, the information you send is used solely to respond to your enquiry, as detailed in the Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent French courts.
