What data is collected

When you contact me. This website has no contact form. If you write to me by email or on WhatsApp, I receive what you choose to send: your name, your email address or phone number, and the content of your message.

When you browse. The site does not ask you for anything, and I run no analytics or audience measurement. As with any website, displaying the pages means your browser connects to the technical providers listed below. They receive your IP address and basic technical information such as your browser, your device and the files requested.

Why, and on what legal basis

Your data is never sold, rented or used for advertising.

Technical providers

Some of these companies are based in the United States or use servers outside the European Union. Transfers are covered by the safeguards described in their own policies; Cloudflare and Cloudinary, for example, state that they take part in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

The links to LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube in the menu and footer take you to those platforms, which apply their own policies.

Cookies

This website sets no cookies of its own and uses no tracking, analytics or advertising tools.

On the project pages whose film is hosted on YouTube, the film is shown in an embedded YouTube player in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). It starts muted when the page opens, and from then on YouTube may store information on your device and collect viewing data under Google’s privacy policy.

Data retention

Your messages are kept for as long as our exchange and any resulting collaboration last. If no project follows, they are deleted at the latest three years after our last contact. Invoices and accounting records are kept for ten years, as required by French law.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. To exercise these rights, write to lolitabert.pro@gmail.com; I will reply within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).
